Fees and Deposits

Cleaning Fees: $195
+6.9% Lodging tax (on nightly rate & cleaning fee)
​Pets: we no longer charge a pet fee. We ask guest to pick up after their pets (otherwise will be deducted from damage deposit) undeclared pets will be charged a $50 fee per pet.
First time renters ​Security Deposit: $250.00 Refundable. (non taxable)
100% refundable if there are no damages, extra cleaning fees or policy violations otherwise deducted from security deposit.

Payment Policy:
50% down to confirm reservation, non refundable.
50% remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date.
Full balance due if booking within 30-45 days of check-in date
When paying the $250 deposit to hold your dates you have first priority as long as dates requested are still available while finalizing

Cancellation Policy:
Due to the popularity and demand, cancellations are only available at owner's discretion.

Pet Policy:
We believe all good pets deserve a vacation too! We travel with pets and have learnt a thing or two. We have no size limit and do not charge exorbitant pet fees. We ask you to clean up after your pets

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Any damages caused will be deducted.

We have a no smoking policy, smoking is not permitted inside the cabin at any time.. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck, be aware of fire restriction's, ash trays provided.
No shooting of firearms or fireworks permitted
